We went to different Yarn Process/Looms/Textile industries to observe their
system. We observed that it was a huge system. It requires more time to
thoroughly study and implement the Yarn Inventory System. For this reason
the Yarn Inventory System may not fulfill all the criterions, which general
software should have. But we have tried our best to prepare it as neatly as
possible in order to complete the project.
We faced lack of availability of necessary books and journals on
this field. We also faced some people who were not as co-operative as we expected.
Finally after lots of analysis & modular design change we targetted to a system which must serve the business process
with all the minimum needed features from Accounting, Purchase Process, Production Process, Sales Process & Payroll process that
to be integrated into one. Also, the features should not tightly bind to each other, should be flexible enough to customize as per
each industries needs. After lots of upgrades made to the system we are at a stage to give 90% satisfaction to our valued customers.
Still we need 10% to 20% customization for our customer who needs somewhat different approach. Our main aim is to give satisfaction
to our customer.
